Fish with vegetable




Ing.:
Potato, tomato and vegetable what ever u like (eggplant + zucchini)   
Lemon 
Garlic + onion
3 hail + lumi (dry lemon)+ 1 s.s fish spices
Olive oil

top of the fish:
Fresh Coriander + garlic + olive oil + ginger + lemon + black pepper + salt + Olive Oil + hail + 2 s.s fish spices 

The way:
Put all the vegetable on the oven dish with lemon and pepper put it in the oven 

In the middle of the cooking brush the fish with the coriander mix and add it to the top of the vegetable (coz the fish will not take time) till it complete cooking



- Macaroni with tuna oh yaaaaaaa:


Ing.:
2 cups of your choice of macaroni
1 chopped onion
2 big can of tuna (rio mario the Mediterranean and the vegetable)
1 cup of cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup of chicken stock
salt, black pepper
1 big spoon butter

The way:
1. Cook the macaroni
2. In the another pan add the butter fry the onion add black pepper and little of salt till it s transparent
3, Add the chicken stock and the cream and 1/2 cheese leave it to boil for 10min. and close the fire
4. Add the tuna and macaroni
5. In the oven pan add everything and add cheddar cheese leave it to boil and the cheese melt and become gold

perfect for kids, you can use it for breakfast or dinner
egg+ pieces of turkey+ green pepper+ cheese with salt and black pepper beat them all and in the cupcake pan brush it with little butter and in the oven




healthy and tasty and fun
cut the cucumber and take the seeds with a small spoon and fill it with what ever you want
lettuce fill it with cheese and tomato or turkey the pepper and roll it yummy

Al moghli sweet



Ing. :
7 cups water.
1 cup crushed rice ( mathoun )
2 b.s caraway.
2 b.s cinnamon.
2 cup sugar.
Mix nuts: crush cocoanut, crush almond, crush walnut .

The way:  
1. On the fire put the water + the crushed rice and dissolve it and keep moving your        hand in one way ok.
2. Then put the caraway + cinnamon + sugar
3. When it starts to come little thick make the fire down and mix it every 5 min. (for 20 to 30 min) some time it takes less (different ovens).
4. When it come thick enough close the fire and start to put it n cups and wait till it come cold then transferee it to fridge.

5. When u want to eat it put on top the mix nuts.

Ice cream nuttella sweet


ing.:
nuttella, biscuits, 1 can of light nestle, 10 pieces of kiri, cup cakes tray 12 pisces.

The way:
1. Put in the cup cake tray the butter paper and in side it 1 b.s nuttella.
2. Put 1 biscuit in each and push it if it not fit brake it but u should to push it in to the nuttella.
3. In the mix. Put the nestle + kiri and mix them for 8min. ( if there s still small pieces try to put them in the separator try it will come good don't worry)
4. Put 1 b.s in the top of the biscuits and put it in the freezer till they come hard.

C.c: when you want to eat it you should take it out and eat it

Serve 4
Ing.:
4 pieces breast chicken cut it to slices
Macaroni napoletane (serve for 4)
1 chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup (condensed soup)
1 cup crème.
Water as we need
Salt + black pepper + ginger
1 cup sharp cheese ( or any cheese you have, you can mix 3 or 4 kind)
1 ½ t.s butter + 1 t.s olive oil

The way:
1. Boil the macaroni as usual.
2. In the pan put butter + olive oil and add the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper till chicken is golden
3. Remove the chicken and in the same pan add the onion till become brown add condensed chicken soup, add some water till the soup is having creamy feel
4. Add the chicken and mix all together, leave it till boiling for 5 – 6 min. then add the cream and let it to boil for 2-5 min more but don’t leave it to become thick
5. Add the ready macaroni, mix it together and put it in the oven Pyrex put the cheese on the top and in the oven to become gold.
